Student Academy of Audiology (SAA)

The SAA is the national student organization of the American Academy of Audiology. The graduate students in the audiology doctoral program are encouraged to join this organization, which serves to provide the students with a collective voice and enhance the rights, interests and welfare of those pursuing careers in audiology. Through participation, students can get involved in activities that promote and advance the profession of audiology and provide information, education and advocacy for individuals with auditory and vestibular impairments.

Members are encouraged to take part in service projects, mentoring programs and fundraising opportunities, and gain benefit from professional networking, externship ideas, and capstone help. Plus, it’s a great way to meet fellow audiology students and build your resume! Meeting times are communicated to the members via bulletin board on the second floor of Fairchild hall. Please contact the president and/or faculty advisor with any questions or visit www.StudentAcademyofAudiology.org
