Biography

Sarah Sleeter, MS, CCC-SLP, (she/her) is a proud Illinois State University graduate. She currently works with graduate students in the ISU SLP program as a clinical educator. Sarah has provided professional services in various medical settings including inpatient acute care, inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, and private practice. Her interests and experience include augmentative & alternative communication (AAC), dysphagia, cognition, counseling, language, literacy, motor speech, and voice. Sarah currently serves as the CISHA Membership Chair, is on the ISHA Student Involvement Committee, and is a member of the Coordinating Committee for ASHA Special Interest Group 2, Neurogenic Communication Disorders.
