Graduate Program Application Process

Deadlines for Admission

January 15 for the fall term and September 1 for the spring term.

To be considered, ALL materials need to be received by CSDCAS and ISU by the respective deadline. You must complete ALL of the following steps:

 

!!!! NEW APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL CSD GRADUATE APPLICANTS IN SLP AND AUD !!!!!

BOTH of our graduate programs are now utilizing the CSDCAS application system in additions to the online application to ISU's graduate school.

 

Step 1: Apply to the Graduate School at ISU and submit ALL required information and documentation.

This will be an online application. You will also be instructed to send one copy of ALL college transcripts and GRE scores (TOEFL if applicable) to ISU's graduate school.

Step 2: Apply online at www.csdcas.org and submit ALL required information and documentation.

In addition to the online CSDCAS application the following should be provided to CSDCAS:

    Three letters of recommendation should be submitted to CSDCAS

    One copy of ALL college transcripts sent to CSDCAS

    In 250 words or fewer write an essay will BE SUBMITTED online to CSDCAS.  The essay can simply be a personal statement OR you can discuss something or someone who has influenced you the most in your life thus far.

  • FAQ’s. CSDCAS posts Frequently Asked Questions on the applicant portal which can be accessed even before an application is created. Please encourage your students to read the FAQ’s before submitting their application.

 

 

 

 

When your application is complete, you will receive a confirmation postcard. If you have not received such notification and the deadline is approaching, you may contact the department office (309) 438-8643 to determine the status of your application.
