January 15th is the deadline for the fall term.
To be considered, ALL materials need to be received by CSDCAS and ISU
by the respective deadline. You must complete ALL of the following steps:
Both of our graduate programs are now utilizing the CSDCAS application system in additions to the online application to ISU's
graduate school.
Step 1: Apply to the Graduate School at ISU and submit ALL required information and documentation.
This will be an online application. You will also be instructed to send one copy of ALL college transcripts and GRE scores (TOEFL if applicable) to ISU's graduate school. These materials should be sent to:

Normal, Il 61790-2200REQUIREMENT for MS in SLP Applicants: ISU requires the Official Test of Academic Proficiency (TAP) scores (formerly Basic Skills, for all students who received or are receiving their bachelor’s degrees from an institution within the state of Illinois). If you are admitted to the MS in SLP program, your admission will be provisional pending receipt of supporting materials which includes documentation of passing TAP scores. This requirement is inclusive of all students in the MS in SLP program. This means if you are admitted to the MS in SLP program you will be permitted to register for classes your first semester, but you will not be permitted to continue in this program if materials are not received prior to the end of the your first term. These scores must be sent electronically to the Illinois State University CECP Office (code is 018).
Step 2: Apply online at www.csdcas.org and submit ALL required information and documentation.
In addition to the online CSDCAS application the following should be provided to CSDCAS:
Three letters of recommendation should be submitted to CSDCAS
One copy of ALL college transcripts sent to CSDCAS
In 250 words or fewer write an essay will BE SUBMITTED online to CSDCAS. The essay can simply be a personal statement OR you can discuss something or someone who has influenced you the most in your life thus far.
